Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay may be required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival using one of the accepted payment methods.
• Tourist tax must be paid on-site at check-in.
• VAT is not included in the rate.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• If canceled between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival, the first night’s stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If canceled less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM (local time).
• Check-out: Between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM (local time).
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior arrangement.

4. Property Rules

• Guests must behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and property. Any disruptive behavior may result in expulsion without refund.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel, including rooms and common areas.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or hotel items during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

5. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and use available security options.
